Position overview:

This position is for an entry-level Systems Engineering Co-op in the Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Platform Systems department responsible for development of aircraft system requirements, design, and test for the CH-53K, S92 and US Coast Guard Rotary Wing platforms. The Platform Systems Engineering team is the primary interface with the customer and is responsible for allocating requirements to the various subsystems (Displays, Flight Management, Communications, etc.) for development, then assembling the software components and testing the overall system. The selected applicant will work in a technologically advanced and challenging field supporting the development of new features and functionality across multiple rotary wing aircraft platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in capturing and analyzing customer requirements including decomposition into clear avionics system and subsystem requirements.

Assist in performing avionics system design requiring coordination across multiple subsystem functional areas.

Support requirement validation and verification in an avionics lab environment.

Collaborate with engineers across multiple subsystems and contribute toward a positive team working environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Must be a US Citizen
