Aerotek **WORK FROM HOME** Customer Service Rep - $14/hour in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Aerotek is hiring a customer service representative for a financial company in Cedar Rapids!

*$14/hour - Paid weekly!*

*Temporary Work from Home (Must live in the Cedar Rapids, IA area)*

Job Description:

  • Take a high volume of daily inbound phone calls.

  • Answer a variety of questions about products, policies and payment status.

  • Deliver quality and efficient service to customer requests or situations.

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm. No weekends

  • Benefits package.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, etc.).

  • Call center environment experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

  • Must navigate through multiple systems quickly.
