Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Centerville, IA

Pay Range: $16.33 - $17.08 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively.

• Load and unload raw goods and finished products as required.

• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the work area.

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior manufacturing experience required.

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including continuous standing and frequent lifting.

• Availability for shifts: 1st (6:40 AM - 3 PM), 2nd (2:40 PM - 11 PM), or 3rd (10:40 PM - 7 AM).
