Position Title: Maintenance Electrician
Wage: $30.00 - $40.00/hour
Shift: 2nd or 3rd
Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday) or 11:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday - Thursday)

Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities: - Develop and implement new and used equipment, process improvement and building enhancement - Create PLC programs and integration systems for new and used equipment - Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilitys equipment - Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service - Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting - Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required fabrication and installation on equipment - Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust when necessary - Perform PLC troubleshooting - Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties - Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision - Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Requirements for Maintenance Electrician: - High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance preferred - 4+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience - National Career Readiness Certificate preferred - Able to pass functional job analysis and pre-employment screening - Able to read, write and comprehend English - Able to work with robotic automation - Frequent exposure to foundry like environment (high heat, dust, etc.) - Some jobs work outdoor in varying climates - May be asked to travel within or out of the continental United States
