As a Customer Service Team Leader at our Clarion office you will oversee the Customer Service Representative, Universal Banker, and Personal Banker team at our Wright County offices. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring friendly and accurate service from the team, while also performing the role of Customer Service Representative. In this role you will manage day-to-day activities for the team and ensure they are appropriately trained, and positions expectations are being met.

To be prepared to take on this role, you must have at least 1 year of Teller experience, have excellent communication skills and be able to train and motivate others.

You will know you are successful as a Customer Service Team Leader if you have led your team to meet and exceed performance and referral goals and customers are voicing their satisfaction with the service provided by your team.
