Key responsibilities:

  • Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

  • Greet and direct visitors

  • Support diverse projects for other employees

  • Handle telephone calls


  • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Hands-on experience with Direct Guests

  • Background working with Microsoft Office Suites

  • Adeptness in data entry

  • Microsoft experience highly preferred

  • Direct Visitors experience desired

  • Knowledge of Direct Visitors

  • Practical knowledge of Telephone Answering System

  • Practical knowledge of filing

  • Knowledge of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

  • Conflict Resolution experience highly valued

  • Answering Inquiries experience highly desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Service Calls

  • Earlier work involving customer service

  • Computer Data Entry experience highly desired

  • Adeptness in Professionally Answer

  • General familiarity with Professionally Answer

  • Previous experience working with Complaint Resolution

  • Foundational knowledge in De-Escalation

  • Prior experience with Direct Client

  • Solid understanding of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience

  • Direct Phone Calls experience preferred

  • General familiarity with Communication Skills

  • Good understanding of Resolve Customer Service

  • Experience with Conflict Resolution

  • Proficiency in De-Escalation

  • Comprehension of Complaint Resolution

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Telephone Answering System

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
