What youll do on a typical day: Develop effective and efficient methods to meet customer needs; serve as the primary customer contact on all new initiatives and/or high-level critical issues Drive operational efficiencies to improve service and financial performance Conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends Execute individually assigned components of startup action plans Participate in developing integration plans to support client and company initiatives Direct, develop, mentor and lead operational teams Establish and meet site objectives in the areas of financial performance, safety, quality and customer service What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, youll need: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field 10 years of progressive management experience with 5 years in supply chain and logistics Itd be great if you also have: MBA or masters degree Project Management Professional certification 15 years of experience in logistics/supply chain and business development 10 years of experience in management consulting and business transformation/change management Ability to develop insightful and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of the results; produce unambiguous, comprehensive and accurate interpretations Ability to perform with a high level of initiative, exhibiting persistence and willingness to stimulate new ideas within the organization Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees Be part of something big.#LI-JR1 XPO provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the world's most successful companies, including Disney, Pepsi, L'Oral, Toyota and many others.
