Aerotek Sr Compliance Analyst in Clive, Iowa


A reputable company in Des Moines, IA is looking for a Compliance Analyst or Senior Compliance Analyst. This candidate will provide compliance support for new and existing insurance products and will maintain regulatory compliance of filed and approved products.

  • Ability to prepare product filing documentation

  • Ability to file insurance products with regulator

  • Ability to respond to departments of insurance based on appropriate research

  • Supports corporate compliance oversight activities including compliance monitoring

  • Oversee the implementation of policies/procedures and regulatory changes

  • Identify compliance issues and implements solutions to address areas of non-compliance.

  • Regulatory Compliance, CPCU, RPLU education, financial services regulatory compliance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, professional insurance education (e.g., CPCU, RPLU) or willingness to pursue.

  • 2+ years of experience within financial services regulatory compliance, legal background, or advanced degree in place of some experience

  • Property and casualty insurance regulatory compliance experience preferred

  • Experience with insurance product filings via SERFF
