This position is part of the Commercial Analytics Team located in Coralville, Iowa and will be hybrid. At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform commercial analyses by building models, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to empower data-driven decision making throughout the commercial organization

• Extract data from a variety of sources (SFDC, Marketo, transactional data, etc.) for use in analysis

• Build and maintain data model(s) in PowerBI

• Develop and deliver accurate, timely, and actionable recommendations-based on informal question and requests

• Establish and maintain close working relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, life science, or related field

• 2+ years of experience working with complex business data

• Experience building and/or using reports, data models, and dashboards

• Demonstrated ability to work with and synthesize complex data with a fact-based approach to making business decisions and recommendations

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, or PhD) business, computer science, life science, or related field

• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or related analytics tools

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
