What Youll Do
- Quickly and accurately assess ineffective teams, projects and organizations and return them to be effective.
- Build and manage high performing teams specializing in green and brown field development.
- Collaborate with peer organizations to increase overall company effectiveness.
- Build and coordinate team-based strategies for having a robust workforce that can easily adapt to changing business needs.
- As a member of the senior leadership team, formulate broad organizational initiatives and understand how to align your organization with and execute on those initiatives.

Experience You Must Have
- A bachelors degree in computer science/computer engineering/software engineering or a comparable amount of experience.
- An understanding of all the components that go into web application development from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
- A familiarity with, or helping to establish, an Agile-like process is greatly beneficial
- Experience supervising software developers.
- A combination of strong leadership and interpersonal skills and an overall strong grasp of technology.
