The Full Stack Development Lead will help drive IDT’s commercial growth by our enhancing our web content management system and lead generation capabilities. The ideal candidate is highly technical and proficient with full-stack development but also outcome-focused and driven to leverage technology and data for meaningful business impact. This role will be responsible for helping to plan, rationalize and deliver on a web CMS capabilities roadmap that empowers a team of marketers to deliver personalized campaigns and content across a diverse B2B buyer journey. Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate applied expertise in web development good practices, be proactive and thoughtful in their approach to cross-functional collaboration and have a proven ability to prioritize and get the right things done.
Plan, organize and lead execution on CMS feature and version releases in a DevOps in C# .NET MVC platform development
Maintain and extend Google Analytics and Enhanced E-Commerce Analytics implementations to support stakeholder requirements for our marketing websites
Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to understand functional needs and rationalize a prioritized backlog of web and digital feature enhancements and new releases
Contribute as a hands-on architect to the Full Stack engineering, underlying infrastructure and code deployment of the Marketing content management system (CMS)
Successfully reconcile good SDLC practices and building scalable capabilities while accommodating fly-ins or one-off requests that have the potential to create technical debt
Develop and test front end code collaboratively via shared repository and periodic code reviews
Establish and maintain monitoring and automated testing as needed to ensure integrity and uptime of various marketing technology include Google Analytics, web stack lead import integrations with SFDC, and other systems
Enhance and managing our marketing web technology stack through a combination of benchmark research and stakeholder discovery
Implement and sustain knowledge management good practices including organized and easy-to-access documentation of standard work procedures, job aids and training materials for both other developers and CMS end users
Effectively and efficiently communicates both written and verbal issues to peers, partners and management
Balance long-term process improvement with the need for short-term incremental progress
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values
Mentor and help other developers when needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required
5+ years of experience developing for and working with different database technologies such as AzureSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
3+ years demonstrated experience with content management systems required
3+ years of experience with automated integration or functional web testing required
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting cross browser, cross platform compatibility issues required
Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining web analytics required
Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of software architecture including API and microservices required
Demonstrated SDLC experience with Agile sprint and release planning, user stories and Jira required
Demonstrated experience developing custom e-commerce or other web applications preferred
Experience with headless CMS implementations preferred
Experience with mobile-first and responsive web design is preferred.
Ability to independently identify and solve problems via web resources required.
Experience with search engine optimization and technical SEO preferred
UI/UX development and online QAT testing experience considered a plus.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven work environments.
Proven ability to influence, work, collaborate, and communicate globally with peers.
Life sciences work experience considered very helpful.
