In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Functions as a center of excellence for Global Reporting in the preparation of monthly forecasting, month-end reporting and annual budget setting for bookings and sales. This includes development of commentary and analysis on key topline performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership.

  • Develops innovative and insightful solutions utilizing critical thinking skill set and DBS methodology for complex problems and leads forecast implementation efforts to improve bookings and sales forecasting accuracy.

  • Cultivates relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization (Commercial Sales, BU, Operations, etc.) and serves as a cross-functional liaison amongst departments to achieve objectives.

  • Innovate and simplify processes, drive standardization & leverage BI systems to support data driven business insight and recommendations.

  • Serve as a functional expert in end-to-end sales process for global sales reporting, planning, and forecasting.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years experience OR Doctorial degree in field with 0+ years experience. Finance or Accounting.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with multiple levels throughout the organization.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Track record of excelling at researching, quantifying, and communicating actionable insights to cross-functional leadership teams.

  • Skill set with Power BI suite and/or OneStream.

  • Advanced knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for financial analysis and reporting, including revenue recognition
