We are looking for a compassionate and talented Clinical Liaison to join our team. The role is to achieve the occupancy goals for the community in compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate policies and procedures. Develops and oversees processes to achieve occupancy and admission goals for the community. Expectation is to be out of the building 80% of the time to obtain new business and develop referral sources.

Develops and implements the quarterly sales and marketing plan.
Works closely with prospective residents, families and referral sources and close sales.
Develops and implements plans to increase referrals from current and new sources.
Obtains a working knowledge of the marketing and program development strategies of the medical community and other long term care providers.
Assists in the development of new products and services based on referral source needs.
Provides discharge planners with timely assessments and answers to the acceptance of referrals.
Provides physicians and other key members of the medical community with information regarding the programs offered at the community in order to gain referrals.
Provides the nursing staff/community with an accurate assessment (clinical and financial) of the potential residents, including all documentation needed.
Collaborates with hospitals and physicians to accommodate residents in the community environment.
Identifies and develops relationships with non-medical referral sources to obtain referrals for short term rehab and long term care.
Visits residents during hospital stays.
Ensures quality customer service to the residents, families, and staff the department serves.
Assumes responsibility for department compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate regulations.
Demonstrates consistent management of resources.
Operates within the established budget guidelines.
Works with Bundled Payment Initiative Program.
Daily compliance with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool. Inputs all sales activity daily.
Submits weekly activity summary from CRM.
Works with corporate office and community team to develop strategies for marketing and initiate marketing material requests
Attends and participates in continuing education and in-service programs to keep abreast of changes in the profession.
Observe all community policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, infection control, Residents’ rights, and those contained in the employee handbook.
Maintains the confidentiality of all protected health information whether electronic, written, or oral exposed to either during the course of assigned duties or as a result of an incidental disclosure.
Applies the minimum necessary standard in all matters related to residents’ protected health information.
Senior living or healthcare sales experienced preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
LPN or RN degree a plus.
Able to follow and give written and oral direction.
Ability to work independently.
Demonstrate dependability, cooperation, and interest in the care of the elderly.
Display leadership qualities, good communication skills, and a desire to continuously learn.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
