TS Prosperity Group is seeking to hire aniOperations Coordinator II. This position will involve analyzing, interpreting, and processing a wide variety of operational transactions and awareness of their impact to the client accounts and departmental success. Have a basic understanding of banking, investments, and investment instruments. This position will be involved in variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational activities for TS Prosperity Group. Responsible for maintaining a high level of detail and client service for our clients and their account needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines. Ability to complete projects and work interdepartmentally to accomplish departmental goals. Assist the department with daily operations as directed by department manager.Education and/or experience includes: Possess an Associateis Degree or Bacheloris degree (B.A.) from an accredited university or institution with the major area of study in Accounting (Bachelor's degree), Business, Economics, or Finance preferred.Position location:iCouncil Bluffs, IAExperience and Skills:Promote good client relations by providing prompt and courteous operational service on all inquiries received.Coordinate, organize, process and oversee client and compliance account needs.Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnit meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management.Maintain a knowledge of mutual fund and stock trading, money movement and settlement procedures.Prepare and process accounts payable procedures for the department.Maintain working knowledge of the banking industry and financial operations industry.Accurately and timely process all account requests within the department.Prepare and process month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting as applicable.Research to ensure accuracy on behalf of the client. Maintain records and send claims or inquiries when appropriate to clear outstanding items.Assist operations team as needed with department and client-related needs.Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to use independent judgment.Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.Deadline driven and able to deliver quality work in a timely manner.Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs.
