Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Perform work on the production line; run equipment and inspect, stack, separate, count, and pack products. Conduct quality checks and properly record information. Monitor machinery and equipment operation to ensure all product meets performance specifications and requirements.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing and production environment, which may include exposure to high and precarious places, moving machinery, significant temperature and humidity changes, dust, odors, and fumes. It is a loud environment. Packaging and Blowmolding production workers will work indoors. The team size is about 90 people on each shift. The dress code includes shorts or jeans, a clean work shirt, and steel-toe (or composite) shoes. The shifts are A/B (6:45 am - 6:45 pm), C/D (6:45 pm - 6:45 am), Days (6:30 am - 3:00 pm Mon-Fri), Nights (10:30 pm - 7:00 am Sun-Thurs), and Mids (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Mon-Fri). Shift differentials are $1.50 for mids and $1.75 for other shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.25
