As an Accounts Payable Associate, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our financial integrity by accurately processing invoices, matching them with requisitions, and entering them into our system.

This role involves effective communication with various departments and vendors, ensuring that all transactions are handled promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices, creating vouchers for payments

• Match purchase orders and invoices to maintain accuracy

• Prepare vouchers for weekly checks and facilitate check runs

• Communicate with personnel across departments to obtain accurate information related to invoices, payments, and purchase orders

• Interact with vendors via phone and email, verifying and updating vendor information in the system

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field OR 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with MS Excel

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
