Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Davenport, Iowa. You will be part of our team in the finance industry, where you will handle multiple tasks such as account reconciliation, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy

• Overseeing and managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Conducting bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of our records

• Utilizing skills in bookkeeping to maintain and organize financial records

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial record keeping

• Assisting with month-end close procedures to ensure all financial data is accounted for

• Handling payroll functions to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time

• Utilizing QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate financial reports. Requirements

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online required

• Demonstrable proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Solid experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proven expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations

• Prior experience in Bookkeeping

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll processes
