Following up on sale leads via phone
Gathering customers home information and needs
Scheduling appointments for Sales Rep to visit customers home
Requirements of the Customer Service Rep:
1 year Customer Service experience
Proficient data entry skills
Compensation & Schedule details for the Customer Service Rep:
Full-Time
Working 1^st^ or 2^nd^ shift:
- 1^st^ shift 8am-5pm
- 2^nd^ shift 12pm-8pm
- Could work Saturday 9-3 (with a day off during the week)
