Responsibilities of the Help Desk Tech:
- Provide tier 1 support to end users
- Software and hardware upgrades/updates
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and network connection issues
- PC Setup and deployment
- Train new employees in the use of equipment and systems
Requirements of the Help Desk Tech:
- Knowledge of VPN technology
- Knowledge of Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Windows server, active directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic router and switch functionality and configuration
- Ability to read and comprehend log filed in various formats
- Ability to read and understand C#, Transact-SQL, Python, and PowerShell
Compensation and Schedule details for the Help Desk Tech:
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- $17.00-24.00/hour
