EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS Help Desk Tech in Davenport, Iowa

[Express Employment is seeking a Help Desk Tech for a distribution company in Davenport, IA!]{#_Hlk156289463}

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Tech:

  • Provide tier 1 support to end users
  • Software and hardware upgrades/updates
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware and network connection issues
  • PC Setup and deployment
  • Train new employees in the use of equipment and systems

Requirements of the Help Desk Tech:

  • Knowledge of VPN technology
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Windows server, active directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic router and switch functionality and configuration
  • Ability to read and comprehend log filed in various formats
  • Ability to read and understand C#, Transact-SQL, Python, and PowerShell

Compensation and Schedule details for the Help Desk Tech:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • $17.00-24.00/hour
