Description Overview:

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating various human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will range from administrative tasks to supporting recruitment efforts, employee relations, training coordination, and maintaining HR records. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in job posting and advertising vacancies on appropriate platforms.

Coordinate candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.

Assist in the drafting and issuance of offer letters and employment contracts.

Facilitate new permanent onboarding processes.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records and databases.

Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.

Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support and guidance.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

Assist in organizing HR projects and initiatives.

Training and Development:

Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

Track employee training progress and maintain training records.

Assist in identifying training needs and sourcing appropriate resources.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Assist in resolving employee relations issues, escalating when necessary.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

Benefits Administration:

Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefit inquiries.

Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate and timely administration.

Assist in managing leave requests and maintaining leave records.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.

Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights for decision-making. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR administration or coordination role preferred. Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
