- Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays
- Create order forms and quotes of total cost for customers
- Answers and directs incoming calls
- Communicates with the warehouse team on shipment status
- Preforms excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Inside Sales/Customer Service:
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous supply/distribution experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Detailed oriented
- Highschool Diploma or GED
Compensation and Schedule details for the Inside Sales/Customer Service:
- Full-Time
