a local Tax/Accounting firm in Davenport, IA!

Responsibilities of the

Seasonal Tax Receptionist:

Greeting guests, answering phones, and filing

Scheduling appointments

Processing and recording payments

Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the

Seasonal Tax Receptionist:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi task

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

Highschool Diploma or GED

Compensation and Schedule details for the

Seasonal Tax Receptionist:

Full-Time- Seasonal

Working Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

$17.00/hr
