Talent Acquisition Specialist- Remote

Robert Half is partnering with a reputable and growing client in the healthcare field who is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their growing Human Resources team. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for a variety of positions in multiple areas. Our client is a NFP who provides services to hospitals in multiple hospital within the midwest and looking for someone who is just as passionate as helping others and the community. Our seeks to deliver a highly talents, engaged, and diver workforce that you will help to build. This recruiting opportunity provides you will a work with a highly driven team and with a company offering excellent benefits and culture. Additionally, this role is 100% remote.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

-Develop and apply proactive and strategic approaches in the development of talent acquisition strategies to achieve optimal candidate pool for assigned requisition/position openings.

-Partner and develop engaging relationships with hiring managers to ensure full understanding of position requirements and candidate skill requirements.

-Successfully conduct full cycle recruiting process encompassing sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and on-boarding procedures and practices.

-Ensure and maintain all requisitions and recruitment activities in HRIS recruitment module.

-Work closely with Marketing Team to develop, update and maintain recruiting related company materials that will inspire and influence candidates to join our team.

-Partner with educational institutions, local chambers, etc. to recruit talented employees.

-Assist with job fairs and other recruiting activities.

-Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Requirements

Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:

-2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

-Previous experience partnering with managers and department leads to develop strategic position requirements and duties

-Experience working within an HRIS system

-Strong organizational skill and excellent follow up

-Good communicator, verbal and written

-Deadline drive and self-motivated

-Healthcare industry experience is beneficial, but not required
