As Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for the following:
Lead, direct and participate in the operation of the credit union branch including opening and closing of the branch.
Provide guidance and counsel to members regarding financial products and services that will provide for their needs; underwrite consumer loans per credit union policy.
Review documents and analyze degree of risk to determine credit worthiness and use that knowledge to make decisions and recommendations on consumer loan approval.
Responsible for scheduling, training, coaching and monitoring work of branch personnel.
Participate in development activities within the branch.
Establish branch goals and service expectations.
Monitor all branch operational activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Branch Managers work a 40 hour week, hours are typically Monday-Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Fridays 8:30 am -5:30 pm, and rotating Saturday's from 9:00 am12:00 pm.
Qualified candidates will have three to five years experience in a financial institution in the same or similar role.
