Robert Half is in need of an Accounting Analyst to join the team. The Accounting Analyst will be an integral part of the accounting team and will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will be working directly with vendors and internal customers. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and join a dynamic company.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Analyst include:

Processing vendor invoices and matching to purchase orders

Seeking appropriate approvals for invoices

Establish payment schedules within assigned parameters

Process ACH, check and wire batches

Troubleshoot invoice and PO variances with regards to quantity and price

Resolve and reconcile vendor discrepancies

Respond to vendor inquiries

Review aging report for outstanding credit memos

Assist in month end duties - including accruals

Set up new vendors

Requirements

The Accounting Analyst would ideally have 3-5 years of prior Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience

Have the ability to research and dive into issue to discover root causes

Customer facing

SAP or other ERP systems are preferred

Strong Excel Skills - VLookups and Pivot Tables
