Robert Half has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) coordinator. You will enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. You will be charged with full-cycle AP, handling a high volume of invoices per week, with high attention to detail. Apply for this superb opportunity today. Accounts Receivable Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Take care of payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP

• Perform a variety of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks

• Square bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in diverse ledgers

• Help resolve payment issues by contacting clients, assist in setting up payment plans

  Requirements

Requirements

• Experience with ERP systems

• Accounts receivable aging experience required

• Accounts receivable experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

• Analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
