Job Description

The Public Sector Alliance Director is a mid to senior career role. The AD is responsible for contributing to sales and pipeline revenue growth for the industries they serve. You will be responsible for managing multiple priority Systems Integrators (SI), Third Partner Industry Advisors, Software Distributors and Independent Software Vendor relationships. The AD serves as the representative to these vendors and knows how to optimize these relationships to drive revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities

Job Expectations:

  • Drive demand for our Public Sector Portfolio of Enterprise ERP/HCM/EPM suite of solutions through partnership with assigned partners. Develop GTM plans that lead to growth within the market served.

  • Prospect, target, and build pipeline to target goals with prospective clients

  • Devise and execute sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding sales goals and assist Deloitte in further penetrating the market.

  • Work with ecosystem partners for ERP, HCM and Enterprise Performance Solutions in coordination with account leaders and alliance team members to develop GTM strategies.

  • Connect partners to opportunities to pursuits and engage them in architecting solutions and encourage response to qualified opportunities

Personnel Capabilities

  • Ability to work as an independent individual contributor while collaborating with peers to drive impactful actions

  • Possesses strong communication skills with capability to communicate with C-Suite Executives

  • Action oriented with a mindset towards transparency and accountability

  • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable in new and ambiguous situations.

  • Understands the Public Sector customer landscape including the customer buying cycle

  • Understands at a high level the functions of Back Office customers including some or all combinations of CIO, CFO and CHRO Lines of Businesses or has the business accuman to rapidly develop the understanding of above in Public Sector

Experience Necessary

  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience working in the back-office solutions environment.

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Sales, Alliances or Business Development role.

  • 2-3 years of experience working with Enterprise Back Office Cloud Solutions preferably with Human Capital Management or ERP Software

  • 2-3 years of experience working for Oracle in a mid-career role or working with Oracle in a mid-career role

  • 2-4 years of experience in generating significant revenue through partnership

  • 2-4 years of experience working in a consulting, sales or management role or some combination of thereof

  • Some exposure or experience working with Oracle Fusion offerings is preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $110,000 to $207,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
