Job Responsibilities Qualitative Analysis Evaluate client building alternatives Evaluate lease options Track transactions on web based applications Financial Analysis Prepare detailed analysis, including NPV cash flows Financial modeling Prepare rent budget information for quarterly forecast Due Diligence Review, understand and abstract complex real estate documents as part of the team's due diligence process Writes lease summaries Gather market research as needed for both domestic and international transactions Reporting Updating reports, presentations, and analyses KPI tracking General and ad hoc reporting as needed to support transaction activities Financial accounting and reporting Prepare commission invoices and track payment in JLL systems Required Skills and Experience Education/ Training Bachelor's Degree (Business Finance, Economics, or related field preferred) Years of Relevant Experience 0 - 2 years Skills and Knowledge Financial, Analytical and Reporting Skills Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Presentation skills Other Abilities Attention to detail Organization skills Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Work independently or within a team Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business and clients Basic understanding of commercial office leasing/real estate terminology (preferred) Certifications/ Licenses Iowa real estate brokerage or salesperson license (preferred) JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
