We are seeking an Application Manager to implement and support the Salesforce systems used by the Enterprise Sales teams including Workplace, Facebook Reality Labs, Audience Network, and WhatsApp. This role will contribute to the delivery of applications that are used in a range of internal sales processes (inbound, outbound, expansion). The Application Manager is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization, so candidates must be passionate about technology, quality and excellent customer service leadership.
Work with cross functional teams towards predictable execution without supervision and partners with cross--functional team members including Engineering, Data Engineering, Designers, and Vendors to implement solutions that drive business value
Hands-on configuration, implementation, change management activities, upgrades and operational support
Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience
Application health, reliability and scalability ownership
Ensures Salesforce platform uptime reliability by identifying, documenting, and disseminating best practices and improvements to the sales system architecture
Participate in the planning of application roadmaps including ideation, prioritization, and measurement for successful projects
4+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Applications
Self-starter with experience working independently with a proactive working style
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated expertise working with stakeholders and users
Proficiency using flow builder, process builder, advanced security, and lightning
Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing SLAs, priority, and operational metrics
Experience working with engineers in building extensions (using platform)
Experience integrating vendor products for seamless user experience
Experience extracting and analyzing data
Experience working with sales teams and related sales applications
Experience working with sales teams and related sales applications Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator
