Randstad is seeking experienced Loan Servicers with a background in financial services or mortgage settings. The ideal candidates will be proficient in Outlook, skilled in managing pipelines, and possess excellent organizational abilities.

work hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile Closing Disclosure post-loan closing.

• Perform research through loan documents and online databases.

• Communicate with internal partners and Settlement Agents via phone and email.

• Update and note the system of record.

• Prepare physical Closing Disclosures and checks for mailing.

• Handle email and phone communications (30% phone).

• Gather information from courthouses and county offices.

• Verify fees for closing.

• Print shipping labels.
