Broadlawns Medical Center Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Program in Des Moines, Iowa

Broadlawns Medical Center has partnered with the Iowa Workforce Development in 2023 on a Behavioral Health  Apprenticeship Program resulting in AAS Degree!  

This will be a two year program that blends classroom learning, on the job training and incremental skill development. Mentors are assigned for support and to assist apprentices in overcoming any barriers.

I understand that I will be responsible for providing BMC proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, rubella) immunity and/or immunization records at my expense prior to beginning my employment. In the event I am hired as an employee of BMC, I acknowledge and agree to abide by the BMC's "Tobacco Free Environment" Policy. I understand that smoking or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the BMC campuses or vehicles.
