Lube-Tech also operates Reliable Plus, a vehicle wash company who provides product and service solutions to customers within the c-store, grocery, fleet and automotive industries.JOB RESPONSIBILITESService existing chemical wash accounts, trouble-shoot cleaning issues, perform on-site titrations, and usage analysisManages time effectively and able to handle competing priorities; a successful Chemical Sales Specialist will create a weekly schedule to efficiently service existing customers and effectively prospect new customersConduct cleaning efficiency and guest experience evaluations, provide professional presentation and documentation follow upAssist in chemical account sales goals with Sales TeamDevelop efficiencies in organizing daily work scheduleAssist Operations with delivery and route managementExecute emergency deliveries and chemical related serviceKeep a pulse on industry competition: i.e. emerging technology, new chemistries, marketing trends, and competitive costing.Provide technical chemical training for customers and inside sales professionalsDevelop professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to overall Sales and Enterprise objectives as a "valued team member"Attends educational workshops set-forth by Sales Management through our industry partners and suppliersActive participant in Company functions and eventsQUALIFICATIONSEducation Associate degree or equivalent experienceExperience/Training1-3 years related work experience within chemicals or car wash industryStrong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with teammates at all levelsGeneral understanding of the sales process Licenses/Certifications Valid driver's licenseTechnology/Equipment Requires general computing skills, including the ability to use the Microsoft Office SuiteTravel Must have the ability to travel overnight as business needs dictatePHSYCIAL DEMANDS and WORKING ENVIRONMENTThis role will require continuous speaking and listening skills on a daily basis. Communication is an essential part of this role. In addition, this role will require a significant amount of walking, standing and moving in and out of vehicles and buildings which will include bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing and the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
