Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Content Designer to join their team. As a Content Designer, you will be part of the Digital Solutions Department supporting the Unsecured Lending & Default Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Content Designer

Location: Charlotte, NC; Wilmington, DE; Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Pay Range: $50-$54 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Develop and implement customer experience solutions for various communication channels.

• Support industry-leading user experience projects focusing on innovative content strategies.

• Collaborate with customer experience professionals during the deployment of interaction design strategies.

• Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of content design challenges within the business.

• Independently resolve complex issues and assist the team in meeting project deliverables.

What’s Needed?

• Proven expertise in Content Design & Strategy, particularly in developing cross-channel digital communications.

• Strong working knowledge of Figma.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook and Word.

• Experience with Jira and Agile methodology.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
