Customer Service Representative - REMOTE - $16/hour, Must live within 40 miles from Des Moines, IOWA

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who can work in a team atmosphere, but also thrive independently? If so, a Manpower client in Des Moines has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. UP TO 3 WEEKS ONSITE TRAINING IN DES MOINES, IOWA IS REQUIRED.

What’s in it for you?

  • Full-time

  • $16.00 per hour

  • Convenience of daytime hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

  • Ability to work from home after 3 weeks of onsite training .

What is the job?

  • Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.

  • Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.

  • Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.

  • Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.

  • Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.

What should you bring to the job?

  • High school diploma.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.

  • Ability to pass a Background check.
