The Data and Reporting Professional II generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Data and Reporting Professional II work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

We may have the perfect role for you! This role requires that you integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Use data to ask and answer questions related to efficiencies and process improvements. This role may also create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. Success will require excellent ability to seek out the correct data, review and analyze while creating the visual story and feedback loop to leaders. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of technical experience in data reporting

  • 2 plus year of experience in SQL, SAS, or equivalent code language

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

  • In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs

  • Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps

  • Experience in managed care or health care sector

  • Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$59,100 - $81,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
