Be Real with Alight and help us reimagine how people and organizations thrive.The Workday HCM Product Director is responsible for the development, maintenance, consultation, and general ownership of the Alight Solutions Point of View (PoV) related to the Workday product area they support. The Workday Data Quality Management/HCM Product Director will work with the deployment team, operations groups, and other key decision makers to ensure the POV is accounting for Workday updates, client project learnings and that teams are aware of the changes and direction. They will ensure the PoV is efficient, competitive, and driven by market standards. In addition to these responsibilities, they will own the initial input to the deal model during the sales process as well as represent the Alight Solutions PoV in sales pursuits, serving as subject matter expert support to the sales team, speaking with the client on matters related to the DQM/HCM operational solution and Statement of Work.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibility Areas Represent the Overall Workday DQM/HCM Product Strategy and RoadmapCollaborate with Clients, Operations and Analysts to evolve the PoVProvide a voice to customer's and the market on Alight Solutions' directionAssist in the sales process to represent the payroll operational PoV and offerProvide for, lead, identify, and/or innovate ideas for improving the PoV regarding the Workday BPO offer Lead client consultative sessions on operational readiness related to running DQM/HCM on WorkdayAttend engagements, including speaking engagements, supporting Sales and Alight as a DQM/HCM subject matter expertEducate Client Teams and our Clients on PoV Changes related to Workday product updates.Create and maintain PoV documents and base artifacts. Business PlanningParticipate/consult on initiatives to expand our POV and technical bolt on products supporting WorkdayWork with leaders and other subject matter experts on projects related to our services support on DQM/HCM globallyRelationship ManagementProvide the focal point with clients for the product in both sales and ongoing operationsSupport client solution development for on-going services support or service transitions Communicate effectively with the client and internal partners for analysis/resolutionParticipate in meetings to discuss identified issues and the impact on service deliveryLead client interactions related to the services solution, and facilitate client touch-pointsBuild trusting partnerships with internal and external key stakeholdersWork with BPO leadership, Client team leadership, or Implementation leadership to establish development priorities and balance expectationsParticipate in suggestion and/or champion standard practices and process improvement opportunities from a functional and technical perspectiveLook for opportunities to improve efficiencies (both onshore and offshore)Assess, mitigate, and/or escalate risk/opportunities, including, performance/delivery, adherence to Best Practices, standardized procedures and documentationFinancial ManagementAccurate estimation of new dealsGive input and/or drive effective cost management practicesDrive cost effective productsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSFormal Education and CertificationBachelor's degree in business, MIS, CS, and/or equivalent work experience required Knowledge and ExperienceExperience working with Huma
