Overview: We are seeking a E-Billing Analyst to join our growing finance department to work as the primary liaison for client's designated e-billing software and work with clients, attorneys, and others to ensure proper set up in the e-billing software working in either our Minneapolis or Des Moines office. This position can be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities Include: *
Process e-billing setup and management of timekeepers and coordinate/process appeals as required. *
Establish new clients on selected e-billing platforms. *
Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner (i.e., multiple discounts by matter, split-party billing, preparation of electronic bills). Process improvement of the e-billing functions. *
Proactively monitor potential errors that may result in the rejection of e-bills. *
Research and analyze deductions and provide best course of action for balances. *
Process write-offs following Firm policy. *
Submits electronic invoices through EBillingHub and other e-billing vendor sites after set-up is complete for the client by the Ebilling Specialist. Our Ideal Candidates Will Have: Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Post high school training in accounting or general finance area and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 Suite is required. Experience with submitting ebills through EBillingHUb and other ebilling vendor sites. Knowledge of Elite 3E and prior work within a law firm finance department setting are a plus.
