Aerotek Electrician Technician in Des Moines, Iowa

Job Title: Electrician Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician

Location: Burlington, Iowa (Per diem provided)

$20 - $30 hr. weekly pay (Proven electrical experience grants more starting pay)

Monday – Friday / 7 am – 4 pm / No weekend work (48 hrs. minimum per week)

Job Duties Include:

  • Working on Commercial and/or Industrial sites

  • Bending Conduit & Pulling Wire

  • Installing Cable Trays

  • Installing Fixtures (Lighting, Alarms, Signage, etc)

  • Complete Layouts and Installations According to NEC and Local Codes

  • Read and interpret Blueprints and Schematics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ year apprentice or journeyman automatically qualifies for the position.

  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.

  • Experience Bending Conduit, Pulling Wire, or any electrical handling.

  • At least 6+ Months Experience in a Construction Environment.

  • Ability to utilize hand and power tools.

Additional Info: Can Start ASAP / $100 per diem (5 days worked) / Weekends Off / Hotel 1 mile from jobsite
