Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing preventative maintenance and repairs in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. Your duties will include minor plumbing maintenance, routine painting and carpentry, and minor electrical maintenance within the confines of state law requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed and fully utilize technology (e.g., tablet, smartphone) to access and complete work orders and submit service reports and quality inspection images.

Work Environment:

• As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be working from 7:30am - 4:30pm, maintaining various commercial business locations all in Des Moines Metro.
