Fredrikson and Byron is the premier Midwest-based law firm working collaboratively to help businesses achieve their goals regionally, nationally, and globally.We are seeking an FDA regulatory lawyer with substantial experience in advising health care and medical technology clients in FDA regulatory matters, including but not limited to advertising compliance, off-label use, 510k to post-market requirements, clinical studies, interaction with agencies, medical device reimbursement, human subject research and IRB standards compliance, and FDA subject matter due diligence review in MandA context. Preferred candidates will have:*At least 7 years of experience in an agency or law firm, or in-house experience in an FDA compliance/legal advisory role*Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills*Strong academic background*J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School*Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdictionApplications will only be accepted online at and applicants will be asked to submit a cover letter and resume.
