Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting with the financial analysis of the activities of Wilian Holding Company and its related subsidiaries. Assists with the monthly, quarterly, and annual and financial reporting processes. Analyzes financial reports and records, providing analysis of the results to the business, making recommendations as needed

Duties:

  1. Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting, including but not limited to annual corporate audit, Sales Activity Reports, Scorecards, and other Monthly Financial Statements

  2. Provides analysis through review of financial and other operating data, as well as ad-hoc reporting as requested. Provides clarity as needed with the reports issued and identifies opportunities to help better analyze the business.

  3. Develop/improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.

  4. Prepare/support preparation of financial review templates/data for Executive Team monthly financial review and Board of Directors quarterly meeting. Support development of and improvements to various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports issue to the various departments of the company.

  5. Performs other job-related duties and projects as required.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

  • 2-3 years experience in account or finance field.

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

  • Detail and data oriented approach to analysis

  • Organizational and communication skills required

  • Must work effectively under pressure, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

    Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.
