The HR Business Partner provides partnership and coaching to facility teams to drive continuous improvement in HR programs while proactively making recommendations for improvements in a manner consistent with the company’s mission and values.
Ensure effectiveness of key HR processes in collaboration with other functional Human Resources leaders
Provide project accountability on assigned HR-specific projects and initiatives
Work with the department leaders to build engaged, high performing teams
Ensure employee and site compliance with company policies
Collaborate with leadership to review and align on compensation changes, merit reviews and promotional recommendations for employees
Responsible for employee relations matters at assigned location.
Assist with talent review and succession planning process that identifies top talent, mitigates talent gaps and builds leadership capabilities
Work with location leadership to train managers in coaching and disciplining employees effectively, respectfully and compassionately; conduct routine conferences with employees and their managers to hear and resolve employee concerns and coach employees and supervisors
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal, state and local HR-related requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining appropriate written records; and capably representing the organization at hearings
Leverage organizational development tools and techniques to develop teams, and facilitate effective change management in collaboration with the HR and location leadership teams
Encourage people and culture practices that promote retention of key talent
Other projects as assigned by the business and/or Human Resources leaders

BA or BS in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 4+ years of Human Resources related experience
Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization from front-line to senior leadership
Experience translating strategic plans into actionable and sustainable processes, systems and/or projects and initiatives
Working effectively across functions and influencing at multiple levels in the organization
Demonstrated knowledge of general HR practices
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and workflows to deliver quality results on time and within financial parameters
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and proven financial acumen
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience utilizing productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Knowledge of and experience with HR systems to include payroll, timekeeping, etc.
Healthcare or Manufacturing Industry experience
- Typical office environment, majority of work performed on computer.
