Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Contract: 6 months

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst to join our team. The HRIS Analyst will lead the selection, implementation, and training processes of our new HRIS at our manufacturing pharmaceutical company. You will play a pivotal role in our HR department and help improve the functionality of HR initiatives, like recruitment, benefits, compensation, staffing, and employee training.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the RFP process, identifying potential HRIS vendors, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the right compatible system for our growing needs.

Manage the full cycle of HRIS systems implementation, from project planning, execution to system integration, ensuring it's aligned with our business objectives and HR strategies.

Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to HR and management team, ensuring that the HRIS is being utilized to its full potential.

Design, customize and generate various HR reports for periodic review and strategic decision-making purposes.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the software vendor for resolving system issues, updating, and maintaining the HRIS system.

Evaluate the effectiveness and relevancy of HRIS, adapting necessary enhancements and modifications for continuous improvement.

Assure all procedures comply with legal regulations and privacy standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst, HR Specialist, or similar role in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Experience with HRIS systems implementation and training.

Strong project management skills with experience managing full lifecycle HRIS implementations.

Proficient with HRIS and other related software applications.

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with system integration and data analytics tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
