Principal Info Security Engineer (Active Directory/CA Top Secret), remote available in Des Moines, Iowa
What you’ll do:
Information Security & Risk (ISR) is looking for an Info Security Engineer to help manage and secure key directory, authentication, and related services.
In this position you will be hands-on in implementing and maintaining critical services and infrastructure to support enterprise workforce identity and access management, serving as a subject matter expert in one or more areas!
Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
Areas of focus may include CA Top Secret, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, HashiCorp Vault, public key infrastructure (PKI), or other related technologies.
Be familiar with relevant protocols and technologies such as SAML, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP, REST-based APIs, or mainframe external security facility requests (i.e. RACROUTE).
Be comfortable using the command line and automating tasks through scripting or programming, using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, bash, etc.
Share knowledge with team members and stakeholders through documentation, collaboration, and formal or informal training.
Provide technical source of security expertise, to include infrastructure services, to a variety of audiences while understanding risk and impact.
We’re looking for someone with:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a computer science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience, plus 3+ years of related technology experience
Info security background
Directory services experience
Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
strong collaboration and ability to work through ambiguity
Additional preferred technical experience:
Software development exposure (PowerShell, Java, C#, etc.)
CA Top Secret
This role may require on-call responsibilities (on a rotational basis)
