Available Shifts Full-Time 9:30a - 6p, M-F Summary The Insurance Representative is responsible for fielding inbound calls from customers and agents regarding new and existing home insurance policies. The Insurance Representative will provide assistance on billing inquiries, policy questions, and counsel customer and agents on underwriting eligibility and policy coverage and/or options. Job Responsibilities: Answer calls from agents and members; respond to emails. Quote policy changes, costs, billing (based on individual situation) and make appropriate changes to coverage and policy level systemically Provide system support to Agents Process reinstatements according to underwriting guidelines Resolve customer service related complaints and process complex customer calls, answer customer/agent policy and billing inquiries. Provide customers with accurate product and service information Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Complete call logs and produce call reports Accountable to build/maintain effective relationships with customers/agents. Handle special projects/other related assignments as delegated by Team Manager.
