Description

The IntelligentRx Implementation Professional 2 supports new and existing connections for the IntelligentRx Real-Time Benefit tool with external technology vendors, as well as, supports new and existing connections for the MyRx pharmacy pricing service. This role will interact with internal and external teams and provide testing, project, and reporting support.

Responsibilities

The IntelligentRx Implementation Professional 2 gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. This role supports new and existing connections for the IntelligentRx Real-Time Benefit tool with external technology vendors, as well as, supports new and existing connections for the MyRx pharmacy pricing service. This role will interact with internal and external teams and provide testing, project, and reporting support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field

  • Prior experience with coordination and implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.

  • Prior experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

  • Experience in technical writing

  • Project management experience

  • Product management experience

Additional Information

Scope of Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead pharmacy projects related to new business features for IntelligentRx Real-Time benefits and MyRx pricing services

  • Develop detailed business requirements and testing plan to lead implementations

  • Demonstrate expertise in business processes and systems around PBM operations, Formulary Management, Clinical Policy Development, and Prior Authorization Management

  • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams and ensure operational transition is flawlessly executed

  • Providing excellent service to customers dependent upon requirements

  • Working with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in a team environment
