For over 50 years, Eyerly Ball has provided a full continuum of mental health services and treatment to meet the needs of our community, from family and individual counseling to outpatient care for all ages. Our innovative solutions provide comprehensive, effective mental health services, including: outpatient, residential, community outreach, care coordination and crisis services.

Position Purpose:

At Eyerly Ball, we are currently looking for anISP Coordinatorin theIntegrated Services Project Departmentin theDes Moinesoffice. The ISP Coordinator position requires knowledge of assisting clients in meeting their psychiatric, medical, housing, employment, and social goals. In the role of ISP Coordinator, qualified candidates will be responsible for working with the clients in the community and with fellow team members to provide and/or coordinate services that will best enable the clients to achieve their life goals, to facilitate community integration and community employment.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field with at least one year related work experience

  2. One year experience working directly with the chronically mentally ill population in a clinical or community based setting.

  3. Valid drivers license

  4. Must maintain a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident auto insurance liability coverage and must be able to present proof of that coverage.

As a condition of employment, Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services requires all newly hired employees to have at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine AND a flu shot by their start date unless they have requested and received an exemption due to a qualifying medical condition, a sincerly held religious belief or practice or a requirement by law.
