Description We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is vital to our operations, as it involves providing input on local or regional Lean plan and country strategy, executing key activities within the Lean Transformation, and coordinating the execution of local/regional improvement projects for business change. You will be instrumental in delivering improved financial performance and leading change within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of local or regional Lean plans and country strategy.

• Execute key activities within the Lean Transformation.

• Analyze local processes and optimize these processes within the technology landscape.

• Coordinate the execution of local/regional improvement projects for business change using Lean methodology.

• Benchmark against best-in-class tools and methods and share best practices within the business.

• Communicate team progress effectively to operational and Lean leadership.

• Deliver improved financial performance by executing operational excellence and eliminating non-value add, waste and other related bottlenecks in the business process.

• Report outcomes periodically to the (Regional) Lean Coach and assigned Country MT member.

• Act as an improvement agent and business partner in improving the way we do business.

• Deploy knowledge of key Lean techniques and tools in the business change cycle and train others in Lean techniques and thinking. Requirements • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in a relevant industry

• Proficient in Training, Planning, and Project Management

• Strong background in Finance and Revenue Accounting

• Proven expertise in Workstation Support and Coordination

• Excellent Leadership Skills

• Experience with software and system Implementation

• Knowledge of Engineering principles and Optimization methods

• Familiarity with Monitoring Tools and ability to Execute tasks efficiently

• Adherence to Best Practices in a Manufacturing environment

• Experience in Defect Management and Methodology

• Ability to handle Deployments and execute Benchmarking tasks

• Skill in data Capture and experience with Transformation processes

• Ability to Drive Continuous Improvement in business processes

• Knowledge of A Plus software or equivalent is beneficial
