Job Title: Lead Commercial Installer

Des Moines, Iowa

Monday – Friday / 7 am – 4 pm / Weekly Pay

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Commercial Installer. The successful Lead Installer will be responsible for leading/coordinating the installation of commercial office furniture, including modular furniture systems, cubicles, and other related products. The Lead Commercial Office Furniture Installer will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other installation technicians, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the installation of commercial office furniture, including modular furniture systems, cubicles, and other related products.

  • Supervise and mentor other installation technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.

  • Conduct site visits to assess job sites, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.

  • Develop and implement installation plans, including coordinating materials, equipment, and labor resources.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including communicating project status, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ yrs. experience in commercial office furniture installation. (Lead/Supervisor experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of commercial office furniture systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

  • Valid Drivers License and Reliable transportation.
