Job Description

The Lead Sales Support Administrator works in conjunction with the Director of Field Administration to support, train and complement Sales Support Administrators.

  • Excel in performing all Sales Support Administrator Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the office operational coverage plan during periods of employee absence including providing onsite sales support at Branch Office

  • Monitor and respond to email and telephone calls from Sales Support Administrators on a variety of topics including process and productivity system and tools questions, policies and procedures.

  • On-going and direct communication with Director of Field Administration

  • Monitor the performance of Sales Support Administrators to ensure that all newly hired and existing staff are trained on Company productivity tools, systems and policies/ procedures.

  • HR responsibilities in conjunction with Director Field Administration and Branch Manager including all interviewing and skill assessment.

  • Act as subject matter expert to troubleshoot and problem solve as needed to support Administrators.

Experience & Skills:

  • Two or more years’ experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.

  • Ability to build effective working relationships

  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Real Estate background preferred

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment

  • Proficient and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficient and skilled in Social Media applications

Travel Requirements:

This position will require approximately 75% day travel to Branch Offices in the area.
